This looks like a form of Echeveria agavoides that is distinct from "Lipstick" (aka "Red Edge"), which has more of a gradual taper in the leaves, which are almost triangular in shape, especially with the red highlights. Take a look at some of the other images for this cultivar and you will see a few other differences.

I would like to propose moving this image to the species entry for Echeveria agavoides instead.
