If I already mentioned this I will just claim that I am old and sometimes forget things. IMO, vanilla is a great and often forgotten flavor. Forget imitation, get the real stuff! What % of that little bottle you buy is water and alcohol that probably just boils off during coking anyways?

I put this on my peanut butter sandwiches, scrambled eggs, fish, potatoes, chili. Versatile.
Since it is a powder I can add it to any of my homemade spice blends for a bit of sweet and/or just another layer.
