Actually, not that strange. The two large bulbs have gone dormant. The little bulb(s) is still feeding off of the bigger bulb and smaller bulbs don't usually go dormant. I would just stick that pot somewhere dark and cool and do not water it for about 8 weeks. It is just sleeping. Those smaller leaves will probably dry up once they get the message they are supposed to be dormant, but either way, I would not worry about them.
