I made sheet pan orange chicken with spicy green beans, and we shared a baked potato.

Since my glass casserole exploded in the oven last year, I have replaced my Pyrex and Anchor Hocking casserole dishes with boroscillicate ones. I also wanted to replace my Pyrex measuring cups for the same reason but haven't been able to find any locally. I finally ordered two of them from Amazon and they came today, shipped from the UK. Shipping cost almost as much as the purchase price.

Thought I'd mention these really cool new measuring cups I bought as well. I haven't used them much but I'm liking them a lot. The outside stays cool to the touch, they're microwave and dishwasher safe, and nothing sticks to them. Tonight I used one to measure orange marmalade and it dumped right out- none stuck to sides or bottom.
