I like Merlot with anything.
Tonight we had a nice mixed salad and a sheet pan chicken dinner. I used chicken breasts and used my tenderizer on them, cut them up, and marinated in white wine, avocado oil, Herbs de Province, smashed garlic cloves. The veggies were red and green peppers, onion, carrots, sweet potato, and parsnips, also in avocado oil with Mrs. Dash table seasoning blend and thyme. It was a winner. Oyster Bay chardonnay with it.
I'm liking sheet pan dinners more and more- easy, tasty, and easily made healthy, and little to no clean up.
