Should I just go ahead and cut this Pindo down? It is one of three I planted when I moved down here 8 years ago. The other two are doing great. This one never really took off and has looked like this for a couple of years. No new fronds in this time frame and the surviving ones have yellowed. The pictures that are hard to identify are of the crown. There was still a little green in there but it has done nothing for 2 years. I guess this is some type of crown rot? I hate to kill it but it is ugly and if you all think it is technically dead I will. Thanks.
