I have very sandy soil, i believe zero nutrients.
I bought something last year, maybe something with humus?? can't recall.
But I think I really need to improve the soil that i have ... i think many of mine may be struggling... though some seem to be doing just fine....
and I lost 2 last year... never lost a hosta before.
