Thanks for looking Gina. Standing right beside the tree I can't tell what is going on in the crown. It is just a mass of tangled dead pieces. I have pulled some out but it didn't help. My thoughts were the same, where there is green there is still hope. After 2 years I am ready to give up if nothing happens this spring. It has some sentimental value to me as my first palm tree or I would have cut it down earlier.
