Larry here is a step by step
1 Go to plant you want to sell
2 Click on sold to (top right)
3 next window click on sold to (bottom)
4 next window click on add
It will ask Add new customer? click on yes
Fill out all the needed info and click save
You can go back and edit after you save if you need to
