Yes, the pump is inside the well. Nope water pressure is the same. About 200-225 feet deep. It is drilled well.
Nope after we replaced the pump we have better pressure than we ever had before. It is almost like a "Hotel Shower" very good pressure. The screens are removed!!! No "button" on ours.
