the guys works for the power company.. he has access to the bucket truck.. some were just tied there.. and the sprays with multiple strings.. were attached to pulleys.. those were not just at his house.. they are hung all over the neighborhood... the set across the street from his house.. there was a rope slug across the top of the tree.. and a pulley on each end.. think there were 5 stings attached on either side of the tree and all the way to the ground.. he has a few power panels AND generators attached to the house.. they can't supply him with the power he pulls..
