That is a beautiful Camellia and I agree, it sure looks like 'Yuletide': Camellia (Camellia sasanqua 'Yuletide')

In your second group of plants, #2 looks like a Rex Begonia of some sort. I'm not real sure about any of them but I can't wait to hear what that Beauty #4 is!! I love the growth habit! It reminds me of a Kalanchoe of some sort but I have no idea what it is, I just know that it's gorgeous!
