I don't know what the semp is but I have to find out, it's gorgeous!

The Begonia looks like a cross with Begonia masoniana 'Iron Cross' which I happened to be lusting over last night. There's a Begonia sp. on Top Tropicals which it might have been crossed with!

The next looks like Helleborus x sternii, mine has a little red colouring on the backs of the petals but the leaves look correct and not all of them have the colouring.

The last looks like Melianthus major or similar, one I had but lost, it barely grew here.
