According to the Houston Chronicle's weather guy: "I expect that the margin of “exceptional drought” will retreat from southwestern Harris County and the margin of “severe drought” will enter southeastern Harris County. The northern half of the county did not do nearly as well as the southern half."

I'm in the northern half of the county, but I suppose it's still good news - not that being in "just" a severe drought is good, but at least it's a couple drops of rain in the right direction.
