Leaves are rounder, keeled, and inflexible on the Queen Vic agave, which is essentially a sculptural form, as opposed to pointy, flat, and flexible with schidigera. The bud imprints are longer lasting with the Queen Vic. The terminal spine is set off from the rest of the leaf on the Queen Vic. There are probably lots of other differences that I have not listed here. To my eyes they are very different plants despite the obvious similarities of color and bud imprints.
