I can only guess at what they aren't. I doubt that the first is Madame Butterfly. It has the scalloped petals that are characteristic of the rose when it's fully open, but it lacks the dark copper center at the base of the stamens.

Rose (Rosa 'Madame Butterfly')

I also doubt that the second one is Nostalgia. The color and shape of the bloom are wrong. Nostalgia's color is closer to red than pink, and the white center is prominent in every stage of the bloom's existence. The Nostalgia bloom starts out with a globular shape and proceeds to become a cupped bloom. The recurved petals in your photo are not characteristic of Nostalgia.

Rose (Rosa 'Nostalgie')

I'm really going to be of no help whatsoever in identifying your third bloom. It's one of my favorite color blends, so I have at least 30 or 40 roses resembling it.
