When I complained that I couldn't get enough sleep, they diagnosed me with mild sleep apnea, too. I got an oral appliance to wear at night (Herbst device) . I still wake up long before dawn. They're next suggestion was to take an antidepressant to make me sleep. No thanks.
I'm always sleepy. I woke up at 4:30 this morning.
