Hi Yall! girls night out was fun, especially since I won the prize! salad smorgasbord is filling and satisfying when it includes chicken salad, frito salad, cheese ball, and fruit jello salad for dessert!
I begged for a recipe to share: I call lit Swiss Cheese Rotel Appetizer.
1 can rotel tomatoes
8 oz swiss cheese shredded
3 oz bacon bits
1 C mayo
mix all together and bake at 350 for 10-15 mins.
these were baked in individual fluted pastry shells, easy to eat party food.
they were spicy with rotel so if you prefer less spice may need mild rotel
i think you could bake the mixture in a pan and serve as a dip with chips or veges
