Speaking about spices, Just a bit of advice. Getting a new one? Buy the jar. Now you have a good container, who made it, list of ingredients. Run out? Buy the 4 or 8 oz. bag and refill your jar. My favorite on-line merchants: Spice Jungle, Spices, Inc., My Spice Sage, Savory Spice Shop, Olive Nation. Sorry, I do not do Penzey's. Here I am thinking about blends. Everyone has their own version of blends and you will find the results vary a lot.
