It looks like a hybrid wichurana, but a search for a pink hybrid wichurana on HMF brought up 11 pages, many without photos, so I couldn't find anything definitive there.

I'm trying to think of roses that grow wild in Northern California. What about De la Grifferaie? It's growing wild all over the place. It's a once-bloomer with a medium-sized bloom, but it has a strong scent.
