Have you tried melatonin? I've only recently starting using it and I'm finding it helpful to adjust my weird natural circadian rhythm.
Telemarketer problem? Try googling your phone company's name + "block robocalls". We did that and have not received one robocall since. It's great. It involved, I think, first turning on call reveal, then block computer calls. I think. Now, when someone calls our house, they hear "Press 8 to prove you're not a computer". It works great! I'm so glad we did this before election season.
Those politicians are enough to drive you nuts with their robocalls.
