Thai seasoning. I have 4 that I use. Good enough that I have not have not created my own blend. No salt blends. Salt is not for cooking, finish only. My favorite: Usimply Season - Thai. 2nd: Savory Spice (they used to call it Savor Spice Shop) - Indochina Seasoning. 3rd: Savory Spice - Cambodian Lemongrass Curry. Don't let the word curry scare you away. It is a mild blend. Probably my all time favorite spice for scrambled eggs. 4th: Savor Spice - Thai Green Curry. It is a bit warmer. All available on-line direct from the merchant, Amazon or eBay. If you are going to place an order from Savory Spice let me now and I can suggest other blends that are "must have" from them.
