no it continued to do poorly and I replaced it w an amur Maple and it has doubled in size already, only been there 2 years now. The Harvest Gold crab apples are still doing well. I planted 2 Cleveland pears in the back yard and now they are infected with something similar and I suspect from the cedars as well
