Thanks Pegi. Walks are good, I don't take them enough myself.

And I'm not sure everybody understood the Aunt Bett thing. She was my mother's aunt and was the herbal Medicine Woman back in the days when I was very young. She taught me all about medicinal plants and I wrote a series of articles about her some time ago. Anyway she was a big influence in my life and though those days are long gone, I still hear her voice every time I am around plants, which is most of the time really. All business, she was, but she was a great teacher.

I'm seeing snowflakes outside my window. That should tell you how cold it is here today.
