lol My pink scoot was red at first, but I left it outside where the sprinkler using well water hit it regularly and "limed it up." The tires stunk badly when it was new, a strong chemical smell. I opened the box in the house and immediately took the pieces outside to put it together. My nose was nowhere near the tires! They lost the odor completely after being outside for a while. It's sitting in the sunroom now so I can sit on it while cleaning and sanding windowsills and baseboards and repainting.
