That is a tall one and it looks very healthy. The blooms will eventually open. Keep several plant supports on it so the scape doesn't snap. Do you normally keep it on the kitchen table? Occasionally the scapes and leaves will elongate when the light isn't sufficient. If light is an issue, you could try moving it next to a window with an Eastern or Western exposure. As long as it isn't getting a cold draft from the window. Right now, I think it is just a matter of time.
