It's based on the browser width. The Cubits size is static regardless of how big your browser is.
But here at ATP, if your browser is wide enough, it's possible to have images be even larger.
But if your browser is small enough, ATP will show it smaller. While Cubits will continue to show the same image regardless of your size, and if your browser is too small, you simply get a horizontal scrollbar.
