Oh that's great. Knowing that it's supposed to be automatic, I figured out what was wrong and fixed mine. Thanks!
The problem was that I cut and paste the parentage directly from the hybridizer's website and the x they used was super tiny for some reason so I think plant database was considering it to be one long name that isn't in the database instead of ___ x ___ . Editing the x worked.
