Fine Gardening Magazine asked me to use a photo of a plant in my garden, because they want to publish it in their magazine.
I don't mind that, but I want to keep the copyright and I want them to mention my name. And I also want a copy of the magazine with the photo.
I don't know anything about USA rules concerning this.
How do Americans react on a request like this?
Here in Europe we are always afraid of the US legal systems, don't want to have problems in the future.
