My doctor just told me yesterday to get up and exercise more! I used to walk on my treadmill for two miles ..5 days a week. Somehow got out of the habit...and I really need to get back to it. I walk with a cane, so its pretty hard for me to walk any distance outside....but holding on to something..I can do it.
