It looks fine to me. Water well (to completion, until water comes out the holes in the bottom) and then make sure the pot is not in standing water afterwards. Wait for the soil to go dry or nearly dry at depth (not just at the surface) before watering again. You might water weekly at this time of year given good light. There are lots of variables but the one that matters when you're trying to arrive at a good watering interval is the soil moisture at depth.

Rotate the pot every time you water and it should not lean or favor any particular direction.
