Isn't that funny. I have 3 or 4 of the A. tuberosas and I've never seen an aphid on them. It's those milkweed bugs that drive me crazy. They arrive by the hundreds as soon as the plant starts to set seed. If I keep the pods deadheaded, they stay away.
