Chelle, I don't like it too hot when the spring bulbs bloom as it makes them blow fast and makes for a shorter bloom season. And I try not to get daffodil doubles because they tend to flop on the ground for me. Not an attractive look!

Tee,, thanks. I do love the way things look with all the very cheerful daffodil blooms. It really does keep getting better and better! Thumbs up

But I need even more daffs in spite of all the ones I have already done. I was so pleased with the 200 Scheepers Long Trumpet mix of daffs I did two years ago that I have already decided on four more of the Scheepers mixes as I know where they will go. So I am thinking 100 each of four mixes, All White Mix, Fragrant Mix, Gold Medal Mix and Rinus Rim Mix to make 400 dafodils. And I know I will not end there. I want about 100 February Gold and who knows what else. Hilarious!

I been planting daffs here each fall for awhile and the place is finially shaping up with lots of early spring color. Wow, it was so very drab before the big push to plant daffs around the garden.
