Lynda is it all one plant , many times with seed varieties like Cheyenne Spirit they start more then one seed together. Quilled petals are not that uncommon with echinacea and the bottom one just looks deformed. Many of the orange ones fade from orange to yellow to a dull white.

As far as seed if they came from a seed variety it depends what pollinated it , if 2 of the same color you should get some that color but most will be a pink to purple. With tissue culture even if both plants are the same it is very unlikely you will get any that look like them. In all the years I have been growing them I have had only a few come up as doubles. Color mix would be about 80% pink or purple the rest whites, orange, and reds with only a couple of yellows.
