Paul thank you Im hoping the new one will be the same hopefully a little less work with room to move in it to clean it.

Tom I had the same problem with that grass It is constant work to keep it under control I never could get a handle on it when its time to divide your Iris I would probably dig it all up and add some new dirt and compost to start fresh once that stuff takes hold Its hard to get rid of with the roots so far underground I had it growing up between the bulbs and it seemed to grow faster than the weeds but if you can dig it and then get a pre emergent down it will make it a lot easier to maintain If you can find Snapshot try it I have used a couple different ones but it is the only one that seems to stop everything and last the whole season but it is pricey.

Lucy Thank You I will look for some this year I have never had them but remember seeing them at Schreiners they are beautiful
