I purchased a chocolate coreopsis one year from Lowes it was a beautiful plant ...it died , they replaced it , then I looked it up and only good to zone 6... so when the second one died I complained . they said they sell same plants in several states and often get ''perennials '' not good for our area. They gave me a refund
