It could also be Delosperma basuticum, the yellow form. If so, it's hardy in zone 4.
It could also be Delosperma 'Rise and Shine' which is a new variety out of Japan. It, along with D. Perfect Orange, Pink Ribbons, White Pearl and EYe Candy showed up at a local nursery here without tags. They aren't as hardy as I'd like.
