I do have tulips around the garden that I have had for more than ten years. But those are not a large number of tulips. Not this past fall but the year prior I planted almost 600 tulips. Those were stunning last spring and had good return this spring. The early tulips and the darwins. Some other fancy types I tried did not come up this thier second year. Plus I did plant deeply as I was told that really helps if you want them to always come back. This fall I intend to plant tulips heavily again so we will see what kind of on going sucess I have.

I hope Cindy's tulips are open today! Thumbs up
