I bought this one as a small seedling some years ago, I think this is a second blooming on this plant.
If you look closer, you might notice the freshly cut spike. For some reason it had developed a kink in the stem as it was about 8 inches high. ( overnight) I secured/staked it and it actually bloomed. But the flowers were of poor quality, so I cut it and hoped the second spike would be better. It is!
