I am thinking about sending them a few pictures, the very least they could do is replace Fire and Ice, I paid for a plant not a plug. The funny thing is ( I hate to say) But it just seems a little covenant, they offer a hard to find hosta knowing you will proably order other plants then cancel the plant and don't tell you till the box comes! M@TO was the whole purpose for the order! I just feel like they tricked me. The right thing to do would be to tell the customer ahead of time and let them decide if they want to cancel the shipment or order a replacement. To add to the elusion of deception they did not email me to say the box was on the way.
The more I think about it the madder I get, especially when I think of all the money I spent there last year? Three separate orders totaling 220.46.
