I agree, I do have it a lot easier.
There is another factor here besides the glass ceiling - my greenhouse is heated via 3 registers distributing/circulating warm air ( oil burner) throughout the whole house - including the attached greenhouse. That alone makes for tremendous air-turnover, especially on the coldest day of Winter.

Comes May, everything goes outside again, or the Summer heat would cook every plant in the greenhouse.
