It is difficult to offer an exact ID from the single photo provided. As Sue mentioned, when we enlarge your photo, it's a bit too blurry to tell for sure what it is. Can you offer additional information like how tall the plant grows, does it have a woody base or stems like a shrub or is it more of a herbaceous perennial? If you can upload a photo of the tops of the leaves and also pictures of the flowers, I'm sure we can narrow it down and possibly give you an exact ID.
