Garlic mustard is the MOST nutritious (for humans) green ever tested, Above kale. And it IS tasty! It is biennial so it doesn't flower the first year. The trick to total removal is to pull it in year one or when it first comes up in the spring, before it flowers. The seeds can lie in wait in the soil for 5 years..... I met a botanical PhD candidate who is using it for her thesis....
