I have a few Droll Yankees Onyx Clever Clean tube type bird feeders. They have now been in service 5.5 years. Over time there have been a few hawk strikes resulting in broken seed trays and broken feeder tubes. That's when I found out that the breakage warranty really doesn't cover much. Also, in cleaning these things well, you often have to remove the metal feeding ports which entails removing the tiny socket head screw cap. I've lost more than a few and trying to find replacements can often be difficult. I finally got smart and bout a lot of 100 on ebay for just over $7. When I can find them locally, they are $0.40-0.67 each! So, if you're having trouble finding replacements, the Fastenere company on eBay was my source. Info on the socket head cap screws below:
