I agree with Donald, that it is fine, but I also agree with Karen that it looks dry... Given the size of the plant, some of those lower leaves probably should not be drying up like they are.

Is it a grow light that produces a lot of heat? If it does, then you are probably watering a little too sparingly. When you water, do you give it a good let the water run through the pot drench?
