It's a little to the north of Florida but not far, the leaves on the USDA look a little different but most others fit. I'm not sure about the fowers.

I've looked at almost everything in Fabeacea.

Notice the two types of leaves on Baptisia calycosa var. villosa, which is in Florida but only just. I can't find pics of flowers!
