I think so Evan. I am going to check it out to the fullest. I saw a ref. to something like that when I was looking up the data for it. What is CITES? Can you provide me a link please?

I know that it was extremely difficult to find data on it & precious little did I find so I think it is certainly rare & may well be endangered or protected.
