Teresa, I have the one you posted, but I think it has a larger bloom than the one I posted. The leaves on the one I posted do something weird. The leaves crinkle up, almost in a pleat toward the tops of the leaves. I have grown it for many years ans it does this every year. I need to get rid of a bunch of the one I posted and the one like Teresa's. They do multiply!

The winter was so mild here that I had something blooming every month of the year. That doesn't happen every year, but some things like winter jasmine and the hellebores started blooming very early.

Shirlee, thanks for trying to find a name for the spuria iris. I also did a little research on them and saw several white ones. I guess it is just like daylilies - there are so many registered ones that it is virtually impossible to identify from a photo.

Les, if you do all my weeding, I will be happy to design a garden bed for you. Doing the design and researching the plants is the fun, not all the weeding, etc.
