Chalice wouldn't be considered a space ager because those are the style arms that are curved outward not an additional appendage, such as a horn, spoon or flounce at the end of the beard. Several historic iris do that. Minnesota Mixed Up Kid often has that on at least some of its blooms for me. There are some historics that had appendages in spades. Check out Super Freak in the database (on my phone I can't copy over database pics.).
