Hi lonelyplanter, and a big welcome to NGA. So glad you found your way here to the sempervivum forum.
The leaves curling down is from lack of enough sunlight. Semps just aren't happy indoors.
You also might find it to have some bright colors if it was outdoors. If you move it outdoors, gradually increase the amount of sunlight so it doesn't burn.
Where are you located? That also makes a big difference in how much sunlight to give you semp.
